We are a chartered nonprofit organization that has been serving the community of Nosara, Costa Rica since its inception 40 years ago.

The Civic Association exists to serve the residents of the entire “Beaches of Nosara” by preserving the natural environment by planned and controlled growth; by maintaining the quality of life and enhancing the community in which we live; and by providing information, support and value to its members and its neighbors.

The NCA especially wants to thank its Business Members whose support is invaluable to its goals.

NCA Members are invited to bring their issues, suggestions, proposals and complaints to the NCA’s monthly meeting at the NCA/ASADA headquarters on the third Tuesday of every month at 9:00. If you wish to participate, please contact NCA so that your issues may be added to the agenda and time made available for discussion.
