Welcome to the site of the Nosara Civic Association, the chartered nonprofit organization that has been serving the community of Nosara, Costa Rica since its inception 36 years ago.The Civic Association exists to serve the residents of the entire “Beaches of Nosara” by preserving the natural environment by planned and controlled growth; by maintaining the quality of life and enhancing the community in which we live; and by providing information, support and value to its members and its neighbors.Due in large part to the efforts of the NCA the Nosara area remains as one of the most pristine and ecologically sound developments in all of Costa Rica.The NCA especially wants to thank its Business Members whose support is invaluable to its goals.
