Notice of Extraordinary Meeting To Be Held March 19, 2010

First call to order at 8:30 am and second call at 9:00 am, at the NCA office. The two items to be addressed at the meeting are:

Change of Article Six of the Association Bylaws:

Currently reads:

"The purposes of the Association are to promote the material and intellectual growth of all the inhabitants of the areas know as 'Playas de Nosara', without distinction: to promote the regions progress, without interference with the local culture of its prior inhabitants or the area's scenic beauties. It shall furthermore watch over the protection and conservation of the regions flora and fauna, striving to maintain the natural ecological balance. It shall be responsible for the organization and operation of any services and utilities necessary to fulfill the above aims."

To read:
